DR.LADI AKEREDOLU-ALE

MD/CEO

Dr.Ladi Akeredolu-Ale is a 33 year veteran of broadcast journalism. He attended University of Ilorin in kwara state and the university of lagos from where he secured a B.Sc and M.Sc degrees in Sociology between 1989-1992 and 1997-1998 respectively as well as a Doctor Of Practice Degree from Omniversity Imperial College LLC,Missouri in the United States Of America in 2025.

He started his broadcast journalism career in Ogun state Broadcasting Corporation,OGBC between 1993 and 1996 as a presenter&anchor and subsequently moved to Channels television in lagos in 1996.

He rose through the ranks within the organisation till he became a News editor,producer and anchor of primetime programming.

In March,2009,he was appointed Director General of the Ondo state radiovision corporation,OSRC,an organisation that included radio and television stations across the state becoming the first chief executive to serve two terms of 4 years each.

With the support of the state government,Mr.Akeredolu-Ale is credited with improving the fortunes of the organisation,a foundation built upon by his successors since he left in February,2017.

Having concluded that assignment,he returned to Channels Television,Headquarters in Lagos,Nigeria as Controller,Foreign&Current Affairs,a position he served in between June,2017 and June,2023.

On July 4,2023,Dr.Akeredolu-Ale returned to public office when he was appointed the Managing Director and Chief Executive Of the Enugu State Broadcasting Service,ESBS by His Excellency, Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah of Enugu state.

During his illustrious career,he has been recognized with a host of awards including Nigeria Media Merit Awards for News Presentation(2002),News Reporting(2002),Programme Presentation(2018) as well as the Diamond Award for Media Excellence in News Reporting(2004).

He is also an alumnus of the prestigious United States' National Association of Broadcasters program for Leading Broadcasters as well as the Chief Executive Programme,CEP,of the Lagos Business School,LBS,Pan African University. He is happily married with children.

A consummate professional and team leader imbued with emotional intelligence and world view of events and developments,he is driven for success and attainment of set objectives particularly with out of the box thinking.

A graduate in (Marketing), Pgd (Business Administration), Msc Accounting Member Advertising Regulatory Council Of Nigeria(Arcon) Administrative Staff College Of Nigeria(Ascon) Certificate. One Time Esbs Lagos Area Representative, One Time Director In Enugu State Ministry Of Commerce And Industry Enugu, With Over 30 Years Experience In Advertising, Event Packaging, Marketing, Public Relation. He Recieved An Award For High Quality Performance As The Area Representative Of Esbs In Lagos. In Addition He Bagged Esbs Management Commendation For Outstanding Performance At The Enugu Trade Fair In 2004, Also Got An Award For Outstanding Performance As The Highiest Income Revenue Generator In 2004.

UGWUANYI AUGUSTINE UCHECHUKWU

Holder of Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, from Enugu State University of Science and Technology with Second Class Honours Upper Degree. With over 30 years experience in broadcasting, i co-present on Sunrise 96.1 FM, the programm (Enugu State Ofu-Obi) a chit-chat and listener participatory programme, which using the dialects in the three Senatorial district in Enugu State.

Ngozi Alex-Chukura

A classy, consumate, Mass Communication graduate broadcast journalist of over 20 years experience as News Anchor, Reporter, Programme Presenter, Public Relations guru as well as a compere and Voice over artiste. Love to travel, read, cook, and meet people.

Mrs Onyia Esther Osinachi

I was posted to ESBS in the year 2021 as the head of payroll and at some point I was asked by the AG to Head the entire Accounts Department till date . My service in ESBS has been amazing and great and it has also given me the opportunity to showcase my experiences as an Accountant. Banged BSC holder in Accounting from Esut and in addition to that I have my professional certificate in ANAN .

Okonkwo Fidelia Nkechinyere

I schooled at Institute of Management and Technology Enugu where I obtained my Higher National Diploma in Accounting. I have 5years working experience in Broadcasting. I'm presently the Internal Auditor of Enugu State Broadcasting Service and my hobbies are reading and dancing.

Thomas Okechukwu

Thomas Okechukwu is a mass communication graduate broadcast presenter and elocution expert with more than 3 decades experience as a news caster, and presenter of music and personality shows. He loves reading, and writing(novel, drama and poetry).
